SNFU were a pioneering Canadian hardcore punk band whose songs often had whimsical titles. Your challenge, if you choose to accept it: write a fic or make some fanart based on one of these song titles, from a list presented below.

How long will this challenge last?
This challenge is completely open-ended. It begins in November 2025 (the 30th annviversary of Hard Core Logo's ill-fated reunion tour) and will run until all the song titles have been used.
If all the song titles are used, I may run a second round with SNFU or other "Canadian" punk song titles.
Are there any requirements for the fanworks?
It would be nice if any fic is longer than 100 words, but beyond that? Do what you like. There are no minimums or maximums. Write fic, make art, make playlists or vids or crosstitches or recipes...
We're relaxed around here.
If you write a fic or other fanwork that uses all the song titles, well....you will get a special gold star.
What fandoms can participate?
This challenge was invented with the C6D fandom in mind, and some of the song title choices reflect that. However, people are encouraged to participate in this challenge, no matter what fandom they're involved in!

Can you tell me more about SNFU?
Sure!
SNFU formed in Edmonton, Alberta (hometown of Callum Keith Rennie among other C6D notables). They toured Canada with the Dead Kennedys and developed a relationship with the California-based Better Youth Organization, who released their records in the US. SNFU toured relentlessly & played extremely energetic live shows.
SNFU signed to major punk label Epitaph in the early 90s after years doing it DIY. They released 3 well-respected albums but didn't become millionaires unlike some of their contemporaries.
SNFU apparently stood for "Society's No Fucking Use", but like other acronym punk bands (MDC, TSOL etc.) the band sometimes gave different explanations of their name, like Systematic New Funk Unit or Sausages Never Fry Unevenly.
The first SNFU EP (...And No One Else Wanted To Play) and their first album (If You Swear, You'll Catch No Fish) coincidentally both had seven-word titles. After this was pointed out, the band deliberately began to use seven-word titles for their albums, a practice that continued until their last release.
From the 2000s on the band increasingly operated with a rotating lineup. Lead singer Mr Chi Pig died in 2020 and the band is unlikely to reform.
